My Absolute Favorite Meal

Rice Balls, Baked Potato loaded with butter and cheese, Corn, Biscuit


Rice Balls

1 1/2 lbs hamburger
1 cup rice
1 egg
2 cans tomato soup
salt
pepper
and oregano to taste

Mix hamburger, egg, rice, and seasonings. Shape into balls. We usually have 6 balls. Pour soup over rice balls in a casserole dish and cook about 1 hour at 350


Baked Potato loaded with colby jack cheese....mmmm yumm

Pillsbury single serve frozen biscuits

Corn...prefer niblets brand frozen over canned.


I can eat this meal once a week for sure! JP loves it too. hope you all like it!
